Platform Description
Selfie Ride is a technology platform and booking service that connects passengers with independent transportation providers offering private transportation services. Selfie Ride does not provide transportation services directly.
Drivers operating on the Selfie Ride platform are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Selfie Ride. Selfie Ride is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or performance of any driver using the platform.
Payment Terms
Payment for transportation services is processed at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. All prices are quoted in US dollars. Selfie Ride reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any applicable taxes or fees will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
Service Availability
Selfie Ride services are available in select areas of Florida and Puerto Rico. Service availability may vary based on location, time, and driver availability. Selfie Ride does not guarantee the availability of transportation at any given time or location.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full fare. Please contact us at book@selfieride.shop for cancellation requests.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selfie Ride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or transportation services. Selfie Ride's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking a ride.
- Treat drivers and other users with respect.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during transportation.
- Not use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Ensure all passengers in your party are aware of and comply with these terms.
