Passenger Conduct & Safety Policy
To ensure a safe and respectful experience for all passengers and drivers, the following rules apply:
Age Requirement
Passengers must be 18 years or older to book a ride through the Selfie Ride platform. Minors may only ride when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Alcohol, Smoking, and Substance Use
Smoking, vaping, or consuming alcohol inside any vehicle during a ride is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the driver.
Respectful Behavior
Passengers must treat drivers and other passengers with respect. Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated.
Weapons Prohibited
Passengers are not permitted to carry weapons or dangerous items during rides unless legally permitted and properly secured in accordance with applicable laws.
Safety First
Any behavior that threatens the safety of the driver, passengers, or the public may result in the ride being cancelled immediately and the passenger being restricted from using the platform.
Driver Rights
Drivers have the right to refuse or end a ride if a passenger behaves unsafely, violates platform rules, or endangers themselves or others.
